Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges
- Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged item or an incorrect product, you are eligible for the following options:
- Exchange: Replace the item with an alternative of your choice of equal value.
- Full Refund: Receive a full refund for the price paid for the item.
- Conditions Not Covered for Refunds:
- Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds or exchanges if you simply change your mind or decide not to purchase.
- Sale Items: Items purchased on sale are final and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Return Process for Damaged or Incorrect Items
- Reporting Damages: Contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product by emailing help@fassionquotient.com with your order number and “returns” in the subject line. Provide a detailed description and photographic evidence of the damage.
- Quality Check: Upon receiving the returned item, it will undergo a quality control check to verify the damage. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and returned in its original mailing tubes where applicable.
- Initiating Refunds/Exchanges:
- If the damage is confirmed to be our responsibility, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 working days.
- Please note that the cost of returning the item is the purchaser’s responsibility.
Important Details
- Packaging: Ensure all original tags, accessories, and branded packaging are returned in their original condition.
- Non-Refundable Items: Wall decals are not covered under our refund and exchange policy.
- Order Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled anytime before dispatch without any extra costs.

- Store Credit: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 10 days for a store credit.
- Refund Time Frame: Refunds typically take 5-7 working days to reflect in your account. For COD orders, cheques with a 10% handling fee deduction will be dispatched within 5 working days.
